Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was just gorgeous for the wedding night. The room was comfortable and quite luxurious, although it was only ready well over an hour after check-in time, really facilitating this memorable occasion.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and so comfortable with a large bathroom, making my stay truly luxurious. The service was excellent, the location superb, and the dining experience top quality. However, the price may be a bit higher for some, and the canned fruits at breakfast were a tad disappointing.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience for me. The rooms were fantastic with a terrace and a wonderful view out onto the park and canals, offering a good size and overlooking the canal. The service provided by the accommodation staff was excellent and helpful in every way, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, there were some issues with the kindless of one staff member at the front desk. The location was top-notch, allowing easy exploration of Aveiro and the nearby Praia's, even though there were some challenges with reaching it. The dining experience was exceptional, exceeding expectations in quality and variety, especially compared to other 4-star hotels in Portugal. Overall, the establishment provides a brilliant experience marred only by a lack of customer dedication by some staff members.
